Cars, Community and New York City
NYC Car Club is an independent nonprofit automotive community and event organizer based in New York City.
We bring together collectors, drivers, photographers, designers and curious New Yorkers through Cars & Coffee gatherings, Porsche events, collector-car shows, drives and automotive experiences across the five boroughs and the surrounding metropolitan region.
Our events are Porsche-forward but proudly open to the wider car community. Most are free to attend, open to the public and welcome all makes and models unless otherwise noted. You do not need to own a collector car, a Porsche or even a car to take part.
From Small Meets to a Citywide Community
NYC Car Club began in 2023 with small, informal gatherings of people who wanted to share good cars, good coffee and a few hours together in New York City.
Those pop-ups grew into a year-round calendar of neighborhood Cars & Coffee mornings, curated collector-car events, drives, exhibitions and collaborations with cafés, restaurants, cultural institutions and automotive brands.
Our events have brought air-cooled Porsches, Japanese classics, Italian exotics, American muscle, modern performance cars, daily drivers and ongoing projects together on the same New York streets. The cars bring people through the door. The conversations and connections are what keep the community growing.
What We Do

New York has one of the most diverse automotive communities in the world. We believe the club should reflect it.
At an NYC Car Club gathering, you might find a patina-covered Porsche 912 beside a BMW E30, classic Mustang, Japanese import, modern supercar or beautifully maintained daily driver. What matters is not the badge, value or condition of the car. It is the story, enthusiasm and person who brought it.
Photographers, families, first-time enthusiasts and people who simply stopped because they saw something interesting are welcome too.

A Nonprofit with a Longer-Term Mission
NYC Car Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Beyond producing events, our mission is to support youth access to automotive education and create pathways into motorsports, engineering, restoration, design, photography and modern vehicle technology.
Memberships, donations and community partnerships help us produce accessible events, support nonprofit programming and give the next generation opportunities to build, fix, design, photograph and experience the cars they love.

Membership is open to anyone who wants to participate in New York City’s car culture. Members receive early access to selected events, invitations to members-only gatherings, access to club classifieds and partner benefits, and opportunities to help shape future programs.

No. NYC Car Club, Inc. is an independent nonprofit automotive community and event organizer. We are not affiliated with Classic Car Club Manhattan, a separate private membership club and vehicle-fleet business.
Do I need to own a Porsche or collector car?
No. NYC Car Club welcomes enthusiasts, photographers and curious New Yorkers whether or not they own a car. Most events welcome all makes and models unless the event listing states otherwise.
